We currently support global shipping. Depending on your address, shipping costs and delivery times will vary.
In some areas, shipping time may be delayed due to logistics restrictions, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We provide shipping methods such as DHL, FedEx, EMS, TNT, and UPS, including standard delivery and expedited delivery. According to your needs, you can choose the appropriate shipping method at checkout.

Shipping costs will be displayed on the checkout page and calculated based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Standard delivery: expected to arrive within 7-15 working days. Free shipping for orders over $69, $6.99 for less.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days. Free shipping for orders over $69, $12.99 for less.

For customers whose orders exceed a certain amount, we offer free standard shipping. Please refer to the instructions on the checkout page for specific amounts.

4. Tracking and Notifications

Once your order is shipped, we will provide shipping tracking information via email, and you can check the latest status of your package at any time.

If you do not receive a tracking email or have any problems viewing shipping information, please feel free to contact our customer service team and we will help you.

5. Shipping Delays and Problems

Although we will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time, shipping delays may occur due to some uncontrollable factors such as weather, holidays, customs inspections, etc.

If you apply for a return for personal reasons, the return shipping costs will be borne by the user. If the return is due to product quality problems or incorrect shipment, the shipping costs will be borne by us.
