Payment Terms
Gymatt supports online payments via Visa and Mastercard. The following are the relevant payment terms and usage rules:
1. Payment Methods Accepted
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.
When paying, you need to provide a valid card number, expiration date and security code (CVV) on the back of the card.
2. Payment Confirmation
After submitting your payment information, we will verify your payment information through Visa or Mastercard payment processing system. After the payment is confirmed successfully, we will process your order.
If the payment is unsuccessful, you will receive a corresponding payment failure notification. Please try to pay again according to the notification prompts.
3. Payment Security
The company uses advanced encryption technology to ensure that your payment information is protected during transmission. We use a secure payment processing system that complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) to prevent unauthorized transactions.
The company does not store your credit card details, and all payment information will be processed through Visa or Mastercard payment gateway.
4. Payment Currency and Conversion
Payments will be processed based on the currency of your card account. If your account currency is different from the settlement currency of the goods or services, Visa or Mastercard will automatically convert the currency during the transaction, which may involve relevant currency conversion fees.
Currency conversion fees are charged by your issuing bank or financial institution, and the Company does not bear such fees.
5. Payment Disputes
If you have any questions or disputes about payment transactions, please contact us in time and we will assist you in verifying the transaction.
If you encounter problems with your payment (such as frozen funds, payment failure, etc.), please first contact your issuing bank or credit card company. We will provide assistance based on the specific situation.
6. Refund and Return Policy
If you need a refund, the refund amount will be returned to your payment account through Visa or Mastercard payment channels. The refund processing time may take 5-10 working days, depending on the processing speed of the issuing bank.
During the refund process, transaction fees and other related fees incurred during the payment process will not be refunded.
7. Disclaimer
The Company will not be responsible for any technical problems (such as payment gateway failure, network interruption, etc.) or payment delays or failures caused by Visa or Mastercard payment system problems during the payment process.
Users should ensure that the payment information provided is accurate. The Company will not be responsible for any payment failure caused by incorrect information.
8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Payment Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
If any dispute related to payment occurs, it should be resolved through friendly negotiation first; if no agreement can be reached through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the court or arbitration institution.
